And the sea gave up the dead which were in it and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them. And they were judged every man according to his works. And death and hell was cast in a lake of fire( truth). This is the second death. And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast in a lake of fire.( truth)
HELL AND DEATH
What is hell? A state of mind that is filled with everlasting torment or a more universal definition of hell is simply this, consciousness that is constricted or severely confined. Most of us identify with our thought world and we consider our thoughts concerning I, me and my (our ego) who and what we are. Herein lies our problem with obtaining lasting peace and happiness. Furthermore our consciousness is trapped or confined to our thought world . This is the root cause of human sorrow and misery. The demons of hell . When a soul’s life is trapped in hell he is dead to God and all of his promises hence the phase “ Hell and Death”
On the other hand it is important to understand that hell and death are not eternal but it is everlasting.
This means our hell will last as long as it takes for our soul to free itself. It is possible for a soul to free itself from the shackles of hell and death with an understanding of the truth. And Jesus, said “ ye shall know the truth and the truth shall make you free” , John 8 : 32. This truth can only be realized when one knows who and what he is , this truth is beyond words and thoughts.( see the home page) the Truth is beyond words and thought and can be only realized with a mind that has gone beyond thought identification, I, me and my.
Psalm 139: 8-12 “ If I ascend up to heaven , thou art there:
If I make my bed in hell behold , thou art there.
If I take the wings of morning and dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea; even there shall thy hand lead me. And thy right hand shall hold me.
If I say , Surely the darkness shall cover me; even the night shall be light about me .
Yea , “ the darkness “ hideth not from thee; but eh night shineth as the day: the darkness and the light are both alike to thee.”
